KHL SISAK is the only undefeated team in the new Alps Hockey League season. On Saturday the Croatians are guest at HC Gherdeina. In the encounters between Sterzing and Cortina as well as Kitzbühel and Ritten, the pursuers meet in direct duels.
Sisak won his first four games. On Thursday, the Croatians celebrated a 4-1 home win against Jesenice. On Saturday, the league leader travels to Wolkenstein, where a difficult task is waiting. Because the HC Gherdeina recently added the first defeat of the season. The South Tyroleans won 3-1 in front of a home backdrop and cheered their second win of the season. In the past season, Sisak prevailed twice in three duels.
The game Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan against Hafro Cortina Hockey is considered a real chase duel. The team from Sterzing celebrated a shutout victory in Merano on Thursday and is currently in second place. Cortina follows right behind: After four games, the head coach Gaber Gaber Gaber Gaber Gaber Gaber also keeps eight points. Last season Cortina had her ahead twice, the Broncos won once.
At the game Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel against the Rittner Buam Skyalps, two table neighbors also meet. After two defeats, the South Tyroleans were already 0: 3 behind the Juniors, but the game still turned to a 4: 3 success. In the previous three duels of 2025, the decision was made only with one goal difference – rode prevailed twice.
For the currently eight -placed Red Bull Hockey Juniors, after the bitter defeat in Klobenstein, a home game against Unterland continues. The Cavaliers only won one victory from four games – and it was achieved with the Rittner Buam. Salzburg won five of the last six duels, but at the last meeting at the end of January, the South Tyroleans prevailed 3-0.
After two victories, Merano had to accept a setback at 0: 4 against Sterzing. Bregenzerwald, on the other hand, celebrated the first success in the third season: The Vorarlberg defeated Kitzbühel on Wednesday. From four Ahl duels in Dornbirn so far, each team won two.
Jesenice also had to take a defeat in the second away game of the season (1: 4 at Sisak) and currently only ranks ten. With the HC Asiago, the bottom of the table is now a guest in Slovenia. The Italians are the only team to continue to wait for the first point win. In their previous three games, they suffered clear defeats.
