The Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan went out of the ice in Neumarkt as the winner. A double strike by Eisendle and Cianfrone in the first third laid the foundation stone for Sterzingen victory. In the middle section, the guests even pulled to 4: 1, but the hockey Unterland Cavaliers did not give up and came up to a goal. Cianfrone made it all clear with an Empty Netter.

The EK Zeller Eisbären won the final new edition against HDD Jesenice in front of almost 1,900 spectators.
