AlpsHL preview: Two duels this Tuesday!

In the Alps Hockey League there are games on Tuesday for the first time this season. The Rittner Buam SkyAlps host HDD Jesenice, while HC Asiago hosts the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers.

The Rittner Buam SkyAlps are currently in seventh place in the table after two wins from five games. Opponent HDD Jesenice holds on to three points and is in eleventh place. The Slovenians have so far only been able to win the home game against Bregenzerwald, while Ritten celebrated both wins of the season at home – against the Red Bull Hockey Juniors and at the season opener against Asiago. Last season, both teams met in the semi-finals, which Jesenice clearly won 4-0.

Asiago hosts Unterland

There will also be a duel between HC Asiago and the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers on Tuesday. Both teams have won one game of the season so far and are currently in twelfth place (HCU) and thirteenth (HCA). While Unterland prevailed in Ritten, Asiago recently celebrated an away win at Jesenice.
