There will be a Qualification Round A game in the Alps Hockey League this Saturday. Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel will meet the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers. Both teams faced each other in the second round last Saturday – with the better end for Unterland, who won 2-0.
With this win, Unterland was able to improve to third place in the table, one point ahead of bottom-placed Meran. As of now, the South Tyroleans would reach the pre-playoffs. Kitzbühel is immediately ahead in second place with five points. However, the Tyroleans are currently not in good form: they have only won one of the last five games, while Unterland has won two out of the last five matches. In the regular round, however, Kitzbühel won all three meetings with the South Tyroleans.
