After cancer: ÖEHV-Export scores in the comeback game!

Emotional evening in Switzerland: EHC Olten from the second division celebrated a 3-2 win after extra time in the duel against the GCK Lions and the focus was on comeback player Patrick Obrist. The Austrian international scores in his first game after recovering from cancer.

The guests from Zurich got off to a better start, but Olten came back. The loudest cheers came from Obrist, who scored to make it 1-1. It was a very special moment for the 32-year-old: last summer he was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer, which was followed by months of break and chemotherapy. Now he promptly crowned his comeback with a goal.

Olten won the game 3-2 after extra time. Obrist was consequently named player of the evening after the game.
