The 32-year-old only received Italian citizenship last year and has since played for the national team. Since then, the center has played a total of 26 games in the national jersey, making him an important option for Italy at international level.
Mixed season in South Tyrol
However, at club level, Frycklund fell short of expectations this season. After solid performances in recent years, he was unable to consistently maintain his top form this year and only collected 25 points in the regular round.

Pustertal was able to win game 1. Game 2 is imminent, so the series is completely open and Frycklund could become a decisive factor right now.
Return to Sweden?
As “Laola1” reports, there are question marks surrounding his future after the season. A return to Sweden is considered a possible scenario. Frycklund had spent most of his career there.
