After the end of the EC KAC season yesterday, squad planning for the coming season has already begun. Goalkeeper Sebastian Dahm will be a crucial player.
The veteran has been one of the top goalkeepers in the league for years, even if he has recently lacked his confidence. The Dane has been Klagenfurt’s keeper for the last six years, and before that he was also active in the league with the Graz99ers. Dahm always had a catch rate above 91% and was therefore undisputedly one of the top goalkeepers in the league.
Now the “Kleine Zeitung” reports that the 39-year-old would like to continue his career – at least another year, maybe a second one. It remains to be seen whether the KAC will present the Dane with a new contract. A tandem with Florian Vorauer and Sebastian Dahm could still work.
