Defender Luis Lindner will also play for the Black Wings Linz next season. As announced on Life Radio’s Black Wings Podcast, Lindner has extended his contract for another year.
Last season, Lindner played 26 games for the Upper Austrians and collected five assists. Injuries in the meantime prevented an even higher playing time. The young defender also has international experience: in his youth he played for several years in the youth leagues in North America and has already played 19 international matches for Austria.
With the extension, the Black Wings Linz have secured the services of a defensively versatile player who, despite being only 24 years old, is already considered an important part of the defense.
