Yesterday’s playoff game day was overshadowed by the incident involving KAC defender Jordan Murray. The Canadian collapsed on the bench – now there is an update on his health.
The game between EC-KAC and Hydro Fehervar AV19 was canceled when the score was 1-0 in the first third. The reason for this was a medical emergency involving 33-year-old Canadian Jordan Murray (we reported).
The Red Jackets now gave an initial update on the defender’s health: “As of Wednesday morning, Jordan Murray is in the recovery phase from artificial deep sleep and his medical condition is currently stable.”
What will happen next with the playoff series against the Hungarians is uncertain.
