At VSV, the coaching team has almost everything it can do with its staff. Before the game in Graz, the entire squad is available to Villach and there are currently no absences due to injuries.
Nevertheless, an import player has to take a seat in the stands again. According to “Kleine Zeitung”, defender Mark Katic will – as in the pre-play-off – not be in the line-up as a supernumerary eleventh legionnaire and will be watching the game from the outside.
Since only a limited number of Legionnaires can be used in the ICE Hockey League, the VSV is forced to remove an import player from the squad. The choice fell again on the experienced Defender.
