From ICEHL flop to top scorer: striker extends contract!

The former HC Innsbruck-Striker Ryan Valentini has clarified his sporting future. The 28-year-old Canadian is staying with the Italian club Asiago hockey and has extended his contract there.

Valentini was only in the last season ICE Hockey League active. The attacker played 40 games for Innsbruck, but only scored six goals and fell well short of expectations. After leaving Innsbruck, the striker initially moved to Germany ESV Kaufbeuren in the DEL2before moving to Italy in the summer.

There, Valentini seems to have finally found his old strength again. In the Alps Hockey League The Canadian is having an outstanding season: he has so far collected 79 points in 41 games for Asiago, making him one of the most productive players in the entire league.
