When the league restarted, the top game took place in Brunico between HC Falkensteiner Pustertal and Olimpija Ljubljana. The home team took the lead early on: Daniel Glira scored in the third minute. The guests turned the game around in the starting third – the league’s top scorers Nicolai Meyer and TJ Brennan gave Ljubljana a 2-1 lead. After the break, however, Pustertal took command and made it 4:2. The Slovenians shortened the score again in the final period, but the Wolves confidently won 5-3 over time and thus maintained their lead in the table. Ljubljana remains second, four points behind.
