I spent part of today going through a live release with Abdul Rehman Khan (@abdul-rehman-khan-6098). The useful part was not the deploy itself; it was following one ordinary action all the way through.
A page loading is only the first check. We also looked at what appeared in the feed, what arrived in notifications, and where the external link landed. That kind of shared review catches details that dashboards miss.
The habit I want to keep is simple: test the path a real person takes, write down what actually happened, and fix the first broken handoff before adding anything new.
