Now it’s fixed: Ex-ICEHL defender Phillip Sinn has officially signed with the San Jose Sharks. The German international will receive a two-year entry-level contract with the California franchise.
Move to the best league in the world fixed
It had recently become clear that Sinn would make the jump to the NHL – now the change is official. The defender comes from Red Bull Munich, where he played in the DEL last season. Before that, Sinn was on the ice for Red Bull Salzburg in the win2day ICE Hockey League between 2018 and 2025, where he developed into one of the most promising young defenders in German-speaking countries through the Red Bull Academy.
Also in the German squad at the World Cup
Most recently, Sinn was part of the German national team at the current World Cup in Switzerland.
