Even after a season of mixed sports, the Black Wings can continue to rely on the support of the local economy alongside their loyal fans. The long-term partnership with Steinbach underlines the company’s strong commitment to the ice hockey location Linz and the sustainable development of the club. The connection between Steinbach and the Black Wings has grown steadily in recent years. Even in challenging times, during the corona pandemic and in a phase of internal turbulence, Steinbach made a significant contribution to the continued existence of the club. This support developed into a close, passionate and at the same time friendly collaboration.

Steinbach managers, employees and customers regularly get excited at home games with the team around captain Brian Lebler and head coach Philipp Lukas. The partnership has long been more than just a classic sponsorship: it is a clear commitment to the region, to the sport and to the future of the Black Wings. Talks about continuing the contract that expired in April began last summer. In addition to his involvement with the professional team, Steinbach is also increasing his support in the youth and academy areas. Together, we want to further advance the development of Linz ice hockey, from the professionals to the youngest players of the Young Black Wings.
