The Swedish second division team BIK Karlskoga has recorded two departures. Two former ICEHL cracks are affected: striker Adam Rockwood and goalkeeper Lars Volden have left the club and are currently without a team.
Adam Rockwood – Creative playmaker with ICEHL experience
Adam Rockwood’s time in the
ICE Hockey League was relatively short, but very productive offensively. In the 2023/24 season, the Canadian played for
HC Innsbruck. In 47 games he had 38 points (4 goals, 34 assists) and was therefore one of the most important preparers on the team.
Last stops
After his time in Innsbruck, Rockwood moved to Slovakia and played for several clubs there. He was most recently under contract with BIK Karlskoga, where he was no longer able to fully maintain his top values in the 2025/26 season.
Lars Volden – Experienced support in goal
Lars Volden can also go to a station in the
ICE Hockey League
look back. In the 2023/24 season he guarded the goal
Graz99ers. With a catch rate of .909 and a goals against average of 2.96, he showed solid performances and brought stability to the team – despite a difficult season for the Graz team.
Last stops
After his time in Graz, Volden returned to BIK Karlskoga. There he was a reliable support in the 2025/26 season and was one of the most consistent players in the squad.
