Today’s Gameday Preview: Tuesday November 13th, 2018

The Regina Pats (7-12-0-0) head to Cranbrook to play the Ice (6-12-2-1) on game 1-of-6 on a lengthy road trip out west for the Pats, and our DUBNetwork Feature Game of the Night.

Both of these clubs have struggled a little bit over their last ten games, Regina comes in (4-6-0-0) and Kootenay (3-7-0-0) respectively. Coming into this contest these teams have played each other once this season, Regina came into Cranbrook and beat the Ice by a 3-2 score.

The Pats are starting to rebound as far as winning goes. They’re on a three-game winning streak after shutting out Swift Current 2-0 on Saturday. All the stats point towards the Pats tonight taking two points. Anything is possible though, with both teams coming in with team save percentages under .880, it could be a very high scoring affair, the only question is does Kootenay have the firepower up front to keep up with the red hot combo of Jake Leschyshyn and Nick Henry? Maybe the Ice can cool these guys off and end their five-game losing skid at home tonight.

The storyline of this one though could be as simple as the Pats having won five straight on the road against the Ice.
