Very Nice Article, Stephen! I know that you could’ve written more about David, but what you DID write was enough for me!
As a long-time Winter Hawk fan I watched David a number of times and I have a Terrific Respect for him not only as a Tremendous goalie, but as a young man of Character and Integrity! I always cringed when he was between the pipes playing the Hawks! I really believe David was the Heart and Soul of the Giants! And, I believe every team would’ve liked to have him o-in their net!
I also wish David the best in his playing career, as well as life in general! He will succeed in whatever he does and wherever he goes! Vancouver was very fortunate to have such a Terrific young man play several seasons in their organization!
Have a Great weekend, and may God richly Bless you!

You continue to Amaze me with the Tremendous amount of relevant statistics and how they relate to seasonal trends and all the comparisons lining up against other teams in the WHL! Extremely nice work, and very Entertaining to say the least! They time you spend on these statistics and comparisons must keep you from getting the sleep you need – but maybe not! Thank-YOU!, for all the effort you put into providing us the “inside” look at our Beloved Winterhawks! You certainly DESERVE a substantial RAISE!!

Another Terrific article on the Winterhawks, Josh! A Great start by the boys and an intense effort to bury the Pats in the 1st Period was evident from the beginning, and even though there were a few minor dink-ups the Hawks really played well together and showed just how deep they are as a team playing selflessly! Balanced scoring is one of their keys and it showed! Speed, skating, skill are the Hawks, and they certainly look like a team that is continuing to grow and mature together for the Ultimate Prize!
It’s so much fun to watch these guys play HOCKEY! The younger guys are playing like seasoned veterans and that will be a needed help in the Playoffs for sure! The physical play is really coming around for a team that really isn’t as big as some opponents like to be, but that SPEED is just devastating against most other teams! I don’t think there’s anyone in the league that Kishawn wouldn’t take on for his teammates, and he brings such an Electrifying brand of energy when he steps onto the ice! I know I’m a wannabe scout, but Kishawn was my personal pick out of the Neely Cup and Training Camp! All the boys are playing so well!
Thanks again for your insightful commentary, perspective, and reporting as you cover our Winterhawks!
