The Everett Silvertips came into Game 4 of their Western Conference semi-final series against the Spokane Chiefs down 3-0, needing a heroic performance in front of the home crowd and they delivered with a 4-1 victory. The Silvertips will now head into Spokane Arena tomorrow night looking to build off that momentum and extend the series.

It wasn’t such a great story for Saskatoon Blades fans as Kirby Dach and Dawson Davidson both missed time in Friday night’s game with injuries sustained in the 6-1 loss to Prince Albert. Saskatoon head coach Mitch Love was unable to provide an update on either’s medical status as the series heads to Saskatoon for Game six on Sunday.

Tri-City Americans alumni Nolan Yaremko recorded his first AHL goal in a 4-2 victory for the Stockton Heat over the Ontario Reign. Zach Fischer, who split time between Medicine Hat and Spokane in the WHL, assisted on the play for his first AHL point.

Out in San Antonio, St. Louis Blues prospect Joel Hofer played his first pro game for the San Antonio Rampage. Hofer, who spent time with Swift Current and Portland, recorded 31 saves in a 4-3 loss in his debut.

Medicine Hat Tigers alumni Dylan MacPherson suited up for the Springfield Thunderbirds of the AHL in his pro debut. The 6-foot-3 190 pound defensemen registered 43 points in 181 games for the Tigers before turning pro at the end of this season.
Three Stars of the Night
1st Star: Prince Albert’s Dante Hannoun put up two goals and one assist with five shots and two penalty minutes for the Raiders.
2nd Star: Everett’s Connor Dewar had two goals and one assist with six shots and four penalty minutes to help his team survive for at least one more game in this year’s WHL playoffs.
3rd Star: Prince Albert’s Noah Gregor matched Hannoun’s stats but managed to stay out of the penalty box in a very physical game.
Honourable Mentions:
Everett’s Dustin Wolf stopped 27-of-28 shots he faced to help his team stay alive against Spokane.
Prince Albert’s Ian Scott faced 27 shots in his team’s 6-1 victory over the Saskatoon Blades. The Blades outshot the Raiders 27-25.
