The Vancouver Giants announced the signing of Colton Langkow, son of former WHLer and NHLer Daymond Langkow (246 GP, 159 G, 219 A in the WHL with the Tri-City Americans from 1991-96), to his WHL Education Contract on Saturday. Our Stephen Hawco has the full story here.
Harsch signs LI with University of Manitoba Bisons
Winnipeg Ice defenceman Reece Harsch has a letter of intent in place with the Manitoba Bisons men's hockey team for the '20-21 season, confirmed.
Harsch previously won a WHL title in '17 with the Seattle Thunderbirds before a brief stint in Saskatoon as well.

As per Victor Findlay on Twitter, Reece Harsch (240 GP, 20 G, 63 A with the Seattle Thunderbirds, Saskatoon Blades, and Winnipeg ICE from 2015-2019) has signed a letter of intent to join the University of Manitoba Bisons for the 2020-21 season.

Some news out of the CSSHL, that could have WHL implications as Banff Hockey Academy will relocate to Medicine Hat and be rebranded as the South Alberta Hockey Academy for the 2020-21 season. The academy will be operated by current Medicine Hat Tigers Head Coach and General Manager Willie Desjardins. This becomes the second CSSHL club to have close ties with a WHL franchise as RINK Hockey Academy is owned by the same group that owns the Winnipeg ICE.

Linden Vey is moving to Saint Petersburg!
SKA have signed a two-year contract with the Canadian forward, who will wear the number 12 on his jersey and is a KHL Gagarin Cup winner.

Linden Vey (262 GP, 102 G, 178 A with the Medicine Hat Tigers from 2006-2011) has signed with SKA St. Petersburg in the KHL. A fourth-round pick of the Los Angeles Kings in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, Vey had 13 goals and 35 assists in 52 games with CSKA Moskva in 2019-20.

Yegor Buyalsky (66 GP, 6 G, 8 A with the Moose Jaw Warriors in 2018-19) has signed with Yunost Minsk in Belarus on a one-year deal. Buyalsky potted six goals and seven assists in 38 games with the Belarus U20 Team and ORG Beijing.
