The Vancouver Giants have acquired forward Tyler Preziuso, defenseman Trevor Longo, a 2020 first-round pick and a 2021 conditional fifth-round pick from the Medicine Hat Tigers for forward Lukas Svejkovsky, defenseman Dylan Plouffe, a 2020 third-round pick and a 2021 conditional third-round pick. The Calgary Hitmen have signed 2004-born forward Mason Finley to a WHL Education Contract. Drafted in the fifth round of the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft by Calgary, Finley has 12 goals and 11 assists in 16 games with the Okanagan Rockets Minor Midget program in the BCMML this season.
Campbell out 2-4 weeks

The Calgary Hitmen provided an update on forward Hunter Campbell who has been out since December 1st due to injury. The team says he’ll miss an additional two-to-four weeks with what the team is calling a lower-body injury.
Mikhalchuk sidelined by visa issues
Mikhalchuk unable to travel this weekend due to a delay in his visa. He will be cleared to play on the Cougars' next U.S. Division road trip on December 27th.

Prince George Cougars forward Vladislav Mikhalchuk has been sidelined by visa issues this weekend which prevented him from joining the Cougars on their U.S. division road trip to Portland. Since returning to the Cougars from Russia, Mikhalchuk has notched two goals and two assists in eight games.

Jermaine Loewen (295 GP, 78 G, 64 A with the Kamloops Blazers from 2014-19) scored his first AHL goal with the Chicago Wolves in front of close to 50 friends and family on Saturday when the Wolves were in Manitoba to visit the Moose.
