Broncos sign King to Standard Player Agreement

The Swift Current Broncos announced they have signed the 111th overall pick at the 2019 WHL Draft, Karson King. The 2004-born King has been playing with the Interlake Lightning program for the last three seasons and had gotten into four games this season posting three assists.

Savioe officially on Dubuque roster

As previously announced on January 5th, the Dubuque Fighting Saints had added Matthew Savoie to their roster. It was made official yesterday when he appeared on the team’s online roster. Savoie has 22 games of WHL experience with the Winnipeg ICE, where he has seven assists. This season, he played with the Sherwood Park Crusaders, scoring three times and adding three assists in four games.

Hebig loaned to Tucson Roadrunners

Cameron Hebig (264GP, 98G, 127A with Saskatoon and Regina ’13-’18) has been loaned by the Florida Everblades (ECHL) to the Tucson Roadrunners (AHL). Hebig will be playing for his second AHL team, as he previously spent a season and a half with the Bakersfield Condors.

Mykitiuk joins France2 league

Jake Mykitiuk (166GP, 11G, 17A with Prince George and Everett ’11-13 & ’14-’15) has signed with Les Corsaires De Dunkerque of the France2 league. Mykitiuk had spent the last four seasons playing for the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in the ACAC.
