The Kelowna Rockets handed out their team awards on Sunday over Twitter.
- Conner McDonald was named the Plus-Minus Award Winner
- Jake Poole was named the Scholastic Player of the Year
- Pavel Novak won the Top Scorer Award and Rookie of the Year
- Devin Steffler was the Most Sportsmanlike Player of the Year for the second year in a row.
- Elias Carmichael was named the Most Improved Player of the Year
- Michael Farren was the Humanitarian of the Year.
- Jake Lee was the Unsung Hero of the Year.
- Matthew Wedman was named Top Defensive Forward and Most Valuable Player.
- Kaedan Korczak is the Defenseman of the Year for the second straight year.
ICE name Rookie of the Year(s)
This years recipients of the Rookie of the Year award are Michal Teply and Carson Lambos!
Michal led all Rookies in the WHL in scoring this season with 63 pts in 53 games and Carson led all WHL Rookie Defensemen in scoring with 32 pts in 57 games played! Congrats guys! pic.twitter.com/ivt8tiUz7k

The Winnipeg ICE went with a duo rookie of the year this year as Michal Teply and Carson Lambos each had equally impressive accomplishments this season.
Roulette named Sport Manitoba Male Athlete of the Year

Seattle Thunderbirds forward Conner Roulette has been named the Sport Manitoba Athlete of the Year. The 16-year-old forward had 19 goals and 20 assists in 54 games this season in the WHL.
Tigers offering refund for canceled game tickets
Earlier this week the WHL announced the cancellation of the rest of the 2019-20 regular season.
