Kyle Crnkovic (118GP, 32G, 63A with Saskatoon) has been loaned to the Sherwood Park Crusaders of the AJHL. It is expected that Crnkovic will return to the Blades in time for WHL training camps to open. Last night was Crnkovic’s first AJHL game.

Randen Schmidt (129GP, 3G, 17A with Saskatoon ’17-’20) has been acquired by the Melfort Mustangs in a trade with the Whitecourt Wolverines (AJHL). Earlier in this extended off-season, Schmidt was released by the Saskatoon Blades.

Bryce Bader (14GP, 4G, 0A with Calgary ’16-’19) has been traded to the La Ronge Ice Wolves in exchange for future considerations.
Gawdin returned to Calgary Flames
Glenn Gawdin (312GP, 126G, 187A with Swift Current ’12-’18) has been returned to the Calgary Flames by EHC Visp. Gawdin played just one game in the Swiss League. Last season with the Stockton Heat, Gawdin registered 16 goals and 31 assists over 53 games.
