Sean Dufour received the WHL Milestone Award for his work as a linesman in the WHL. Dufour is in the 16th season of his career and has worked over 400 regular-season games to date.

Regina Pats Vice President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Paddock has been inducted into the Hershey Bears’ Hall of Fame Class of 2019. Paddock spent four seasons as head coach of the Bears from 1985-1989 winning the Calder Cup and AHL Coach of the Year in 1987-1988.

Regan Nagy (284 GP, 57 G, 61 A with the Victoria Royals and Prince Albert Raiders from 2012-18) has signed on with the ECHL’s Jacksonville IceMen. He played three games in the ECHL earlier this season with the Allen Americans and was held pointless.

Brett Sutter (254 GP, 58 G, 80 A with the Kootenay ICE and Red Deer Rebels from 2003-2007) played in his 900th professional game on Sunday. A sixth-round pick of the NHL’s Calgary Flames, Sutter has made stops in Quad City, Calgary, Abbotsford, Carolina, Charlotte, Minnesota, Iowa and is currently in his fifth season with the AHL’s Ontario Reign.
Tigers legend Areshenkoff passes away at 62
My Sincere condolences go out to Ron Areshenkoff’s family. Ron, a former Med Hat Tiger great from the ‘70s passed away today after a lengthy illness. He was 62.

DubNetwork sends its condolences to the family and friends of Medicine Hat Tigers legend Ron Areshenkoff who passed away on Sunday at age 62. Areshenkoff played two seasons with the Tigers in the old WCHL from 1975-1977 scoring 76 goals and adding 77 assists.
